In this course we'll be looking at extracts from both early and recent films to try and discover just what makes these films special or different.
We'll be considering the 'language' of these films -
(There's bound to be much difference of opinion here.) Participants in the course can bring along their own favourite films and share their choice of extracts with colleagues in order to stimulate further discussion about what makes (or fails to make) a movie classic.
